Move-In Services are designed to prepare your home before move-in day. Rather than coordinating multiple contractors and appointments yourself, Turnkey Signature Services manages the details, scheduling the services needed so your home is clean, functional, and ready from the moment you arrive.
What services can be included?
Every home is different, so we customize our services based on your needs. Move-In Services may include deep cleaning, interior and exterior window detailing, HVAC vent cleaning, garage cleaning, pressure washing, light handyman work, and coordination with trusted local service providers.
Can you coordinate multiple services before I move in?
Yes. Coordinating multiple services is one of our specialties. Instead of managing several vendors on your own, you'll have one trusted point of contact who oversees scheduling, communication, and the details leading up to move-in day.
Do I need to be at the home while services are being completed?
No. Many of our clients are relocating from another city or state and aren't available to oversee appointments. We coordinate services on your behalf, provide updates throughout the process, and help ensure everything is ready before you arrive.
Can I continue working with Turnkey Signature Services after I move in?
