Do you clean after smaller remodeling projects?

Yes. Post-construction cleaning isn't limited to new construction or whole-home renovations. TSS can provide cleaning following kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring projects, painting, built-ins, additions, and other residential improvements. The scope is customized to the project.

What does post-construction cleaning include?

Services vary by project but may include detailed dust removal, floors, baseboards, trim and millwork, cabinetry and built-ins, kitchens and bathrooms, fixtures, doors and hardware, interior windows and glass, appliances, and other finished surfaces throughout the home.

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?

Post-construction cleaning is typically most effective after the majority of construction work has been completed and contractors have finished creating dust and debris in the space. We'll work with you or your contractor to determine the appropriate timing based on the project and your anticipated completion, turnover, or move-in date.

Do you work directly with builders, remodelers, and contractors?

Yes. TSS works with homeowners as well as builders, remodelers, contractors, interior designers, realtors, and other residential professionals. We can coordinate directly with the appropriate project contact to help prepare the home for final walkthroughs, photography, turnover, or move-in.

Can you clean a newly constructed home before move-in?

Yes. We provide detailed cleaning for newly constructed and renovated homes before homeowners move in. If additional preparation is needed beyond cleaning, Post-Construction & Remodel Cleaning can also be coordinated with our Move-In Services.

Do you provide post-construction cleaning for occupied homes?

Yes. Many remodeling projects take place while homeowners continue living in the home. We'll determine the appropriate cleaning scope based on the areas affected by the project and the condition of the surrounding spaces.

Can you coordinate additional services after a renovation?

Yes. TSS can coordinate additional home services when needed, including window cleaning, HVAC vent cleaning, pressure washing, handyman work, and other finishing details. This can be especially helpful as a renovation or construction project reaches completion.

Do you offer ongoing residential cleaning after the project is complete?

Yes. Clients can transition to recurring residential cleaning after their post-construction or remodel cleaning is complete. We can create a cleaning schedule based on the needs of the home and household.
