What is Residential Transition Cleaning?
Residential Transition Cleaning prepares a home for its next chapter. Whether you're moving into a new home, preparing to list your property, welcoming buyers, or returning after an extended absence, we coordinate the cleaning services needed to make the home feel truly ready.
How is Residential Transition Cleaning different from regular house cleaning?
Unlike routine maintenance cleaning, Residential Transition Cleaning focuses on preparing a home during a significant transition. Services are customized and may include deep cleaning, interior and exterior window detailing, HVAC vent cleaning, garage cleaning, and other specialty services depending on the property.
Do you clean before or after a move?
Both. We regularly prepare homes before our clients move in, after they move out, before listing, and before new homeowners take possession.
Can I schedule recurring maintenance cleaning after my Residential Transition Cleaning?
Yes. Many of our clients choose to continue with recurring maintenance cleaning after their move is complete. If ongoing service would be helpful, we'll create a cleaning schedule tailored to your home and coordinate everything for you.
Can multiple services be scheduled together?
Absolutely. Many clients combine cleaning with window detailing, HVAC vent cleaning, handyman services, Home Watch, or vendor coordination. Our goal is to simplify the process by managing everything through one trusted point of contact.
-
Do you work directly with Realtors?
Yes. We frequently partner with Realtors to prepare homes before they go on the market and to support buyers after closing.
What services help prepare a home for listing?
Depending on the property, we may coordinate:
Deep cleaning
Interior and exterior window detailing
HVAC vent cleaning
Pressure washing
Light handyman services
Vendor coordination
General property preparation
-
What is Move-In Readiness?
Move-In Readiness is our signature approach to preparing a home before your belongings arrive. We coordinate the services needed to ensure the property is clean, functional, and ready to enjoy from day one.
What services can be included?
Depending on the home, services may include:
Deep cleaning
Interior and exterior window detailing
HVAC vent cleaning
Light handyman work
Vendor coordination
Garage cleaning
Pressure washing
Home Watch before arrival
Can you coordinate contractors before we move in?
Yes. Many clients live out of state or are relocating from another area. We coordinate scheduling, oversee appointments, and keep you informed so your home is ready before move-in day.

What is a Home Watch service?
A Home Watch service is a scheduled visual inspection of an unoccupied home. During each visit, we check for signs of water intrusion, HVAC concerns, electrical issues, storm damage, security risks, and other visible conditions that could become costly if left unnoticed. After every visit, you'll receive a detailed report with photos so you always know how your home is doing.
Who benefits from Home Watch services?
Home Watch is ideal for homeowners who spend extended periods away from their property, including:
Seasonal residents
Snowbirds
Frequent travelers
Owners of second homes
Families managing a loved one's vacant home
Homes undergoing renovations
How often should my home be inspected?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits depending on the season, weather conditions, insurance requirements, and the length of their absence. We'll recommend a schedule based on your home's needs and your level of comfort.
What happens if you discover a problem?
If we identify an issue, we'll notify you promptly with photos and a detailed explanation. With your approval, we can coordinate trusted local service providers, oversee repairs, and keep you informed throughout the process.
What do you check during a Home Watch visit?
Every property is different, but inspections commonly include:
Exterior walk-around
Signs of storm damage
Plumbing fixtures
Water leaks
HVAC operation
Electrical concerns
Doors and windows
Security checks
Mail and package collection (if requested)
Interior walkthrough
Visible signs of pests
Customized homeowner requests
Is Home Watch the same as house sitting?
No. Home Watch is a professional property inspection service. Rather than occupying your home, we perform scheduled inspections using a detailed checklist and provide documentation after every visit. Our goal is to identify visible issues early so they can be addressed before they become larger problems.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes. After every visit, you'll receive a report summarizing the inspection along with photos and notes, so you know exactly how your property is doing while you're away.
